Wall Street is currently aiming for altcoins and if Bitcoin is held above key levels, the inflow could continue, says MEXC COO.
The recent crypto IPO and the Ministry of Finance’s announcement highlights the growing institutional interest in Bitcoin (BTC). According to MEXC COO Tracy Jin, who spoke with Crypto.News, this demand could soon reach proven low-volatile altcoins. However, such shifts depend heavily on whether Bitcoin maintains strength above the critical threshold.
“While the capital market will resume to digital asset companies with reliable models, financial engineering shows a mature appetite for low volatile crypto returns, similar to the strategic hybrid fixed income Bitcoin offering.

Traditional markets are actively promoting crypto: Tracy Jin
Jin pointed to several important developments as evidence of growing institutional interest in cryptography. One outstanding example was Circle’s successful IPO. Gemini has taken similar steps, but companies like Metaplanet are expanding Bitcoin’s finances, including a planned $1 billion BTC acquisition.
“All of these movements are showing major changes. Crypto companies are no longer responding to market trends. In fact, they are affecting the way institutions access crypto. They are becoming a major part of traditional finance as IPO calendars are filling up and more money is being poured into crypto through the stock market.

According to Jin, this trend could last at least in the near future. A key risk factor remains the price of Bitcoin. When BTC falls below the psychological $100,000 level, temporary institutional pullbacks are possible.
As long as Bitcoin is over $100,000 and large investors want it, more companies will make it public, buy more money, and earn more money.
