China Renaissance Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1911.HK) has entered into a strategic partnership with YZI Labs Management Ltd to support the growth of the BNB chain ecosystem and to expand the use of blockchain in RWA tokenization.
As part of the deal, the Chinese Renaissance will allocate roughly $100 million to BNB, making it the first Hong Kong listed company to add BNB to its own digital asset allocation. The company said the move aims to directly participate in the development of blockchain-based financial markets.
The partnership also includes cooperation with China Asset Management to explore SFC-compliant digital asset funds. Additionally, the Chinese Renaissance will work with ecosystem partners to support BNB compliance lists on Hong Kong’s licensed virtual asset trading platform.
Another part of the collaboration involves creating RWA funds that use the BNB chain as the underlying infrastructure to tokenize assets such as real estate and bonds. The fund is expected to cover hundreds of millions of dollars.
