Coinbase reported insider sales of stocks over $5 million with CFO Alesia Haas as the biggest seller.
Coinbase Insiders continues to offload inventory in the market. On Tuesday, June 16th, Coinbase filed Form 144 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, reporting all insider sales. The company has revealed that Insider has sold 26,243 Coinbase shares since March 2025. Net revenue from these sales totaled $5,673,636.
The biggest and perhaps only seller was CFO Alesia Haas. Haas has personally sold 21,020 shares in three trades, selling one share each month since March, winning $4.53 million. On the same date, ABC 2021 LLC sold a total of 5,223 shares for $1.14 million.

These sales appear to be part of the day-to-day financial management by executives. According to Investing.com, Alesia Haas owned 114,866 shares of Coinbase directly in March 2025. She also owns 15,673 shares through ABC 2021 LLC, of which she is the only member.

Management of publicly available companies allows you to freely sell stocks in the market. However, such sales are closely monitored by other investors. In particular, large sales can indicate that executives have lost their trust in the company.
For this reason, the SEC requires public companies to disclose these sales. However, in the fourth quarter of Investor Call in 2024, Haas denied that these sales reflected a lack of confidence in the company.
“All of our insiders are Brian, Emily, Paul, the phone and all of our insiders — we all share our long-term beliefs at Coinbase,” Haas said. “It is important to note that these sales account for a small portion of the total insider holdings at Coinbase.”
CEO Brian Armstrong is one of the biggest sellers of Coinbase stock. Armstrong sold approximately $290 million worth of Coinbase shares in 2021 shortly after the company was made public.
