According to the list shared by Santiment, stablecoin, Layer 2, and oracle projects in particular rank high in developer interest. This data indicates strong activity on the technology development front, independent of price fluctuations.
MetaMask USD (mUSD) topped the list, followed by Starknet and Chainlink.
