Major Solana DEX Raydium surprised the cryptocurrency community with a recent cryptic tweet mentioning XRP.
“67 XRP and Dreams,” Raydium X’s official account tweeted in a social media post. Although the context was unclear at press time, the timing of Raysium’s tweet remains significant.

Raydium’s post came shortly after the official announcement that XRP would be coming to Solana.
Starting with Solana, digital asset platform and custodian Hex Trust has announced the issuance and custody wrapping of Custody Wrapped XRP (wXRP), a 1:1 backed representation of native XRP assets designed to support DeFi activities and cross-chain utilities. As a result, wXRP’s use case will expand beyond the XRP Ledger, allowing users to trade using RLUSD on Ethereum and other chains where RLUSD is available.
Layer Zero said in a confirmation tweet that it has been selected by Hex Trust XRP to power XRP’s expansion starting with Solana. This means that XRP will soon be available for trading on highly liquid internet capital markets.
The recent move also means that traders, holders, and institutions can now use XRP within the leading Solana DEX, lending markets, and liquidity protocols while maintaining exposure to the underlying asset and 24/7 XRPL redemption rights.
The recent announcement remains significant for the company, as Raydium is a Solana-based automated market maker exchange and liquidity provider that powers the Solana DeFi ecosystem.

XRP has gained a lot of attention in the market amid recent developments. The 21Shares XRP ETF began trading on CBOE on Thursday under the ticker TOXR, becoming the fifth spot XRP product to receive approval from the exchange.
Ripple has announced a new partnership with AMINA Bank. AMINA Bank becomes the first European bank to use Ripple’s licensed end-to-end payment solution.
XRP’s latest developments have seen it gain support from across the crypto space. Among them, Kim Yong-hoon, one of the highest IQs in the world, declared his support for virtual currency, saying, “I will buy XRP from now on.”
At the time of writing, XRP was trading at $2.04.
