Unstoppable Domain has partnered with the OG Foundation to launch a new domain called .robot. According to the company, the domain is available for pre-sale and is a Web3-only naming service.

OG co-founder and CEO Michael Heinrich has acknowledged that OG and the Unstoppable Domain share a vision for a future in which intelligent agents work seamlessly with humans. He added that robots are more than a domain, as they represent a trusted identity system that allows robots, AI agents and automated platforms to connect and collaborate globally.
Cooperative robots are projected to achieve 32% year-on-year growth by 2030. The industry is also expected to transform SMEs by providing safe and flexible automation of repetitive tasks.
Over 50% of robotics experts predict that humanoid robots will play a major role in logistics and manufacturing within the next decade. Humanoid robots are also expected to take on complex tasks in dangerous environments.
Heinrich believes that rapid advances in AI, including both physical and generative models, will allow robots to learn from virtual simulations and adapt to actual variations. He argued that the breakthrough promotes a new level of sustainability and efficiency in industries ranging from green energy to healthcare to supply chain operations.

According to the report, .robot is built on the infrastructure of the OG Foundation, which develops a distributed AI operating system designed for scale.
