The team behind Trump Memocoin said Thursday that the top 220 owners on the list, where the smallest wallet holds Trump worth $420, are eligible to win dinner with President Donald Trump, despite rumors that a six-figure token stash is needed.
“I want to clarify some things that people think are confused in X and the media,” the team’s X account posted. “You need more than $300,000 to participate (you don’t).

Trump surged 70% this week, trading for around $12 as of Thursday, according to previous Coindesk reports, driven primarily by hype surrounding the so-called “dinner with Trump” event.
Some users of X claimed that only holders with tokens of $300,000 or more can participate. Others have speculated that wallets ranked 220 in Blockchain Explorer are the smallest cutoffs.

The team rejected both claims and said users must register via the official leaderboard, and only time-weighted holdings during the competition will be counted.
Currently, the leaderboard’s top wallet, under the pseudonym “Sun,” owns over 1.1 million card tokens worth nearly $14 million. The 220th spot was held by “Har” and was only 35.3 card tokens, or about $420 on dollar terms.
25 wallets are listed as VIPs on the leaderboard, with cutoff holders sitting on cards worth over $400,000.
The team also addressed concerns about unlocking tokens that affect the leaderboard, saying both the cliff unlock and the daily unlock that follows remained inaccessible for 90 days, exceeding the competition itself.
“We want to say once more that the first cliff token will be unlocked and each of the next three months of daily unlocks will remain locked for 90 days,” it said.
