According to xrpscan data, the recently released rippled v.3.0.0 includes five fixes that are approaching the majority.
XRPL version 3.0.0 was released in December 2025 and includes several fixes and fixes, including fixes for TokenEscrow (fixTokenEscrowV1), fixIncludeKeyletFields, fixAMMClawbackRounding, fixMPTDeliveredAmount, and fixPriceOracleOrder.

Correction details
FixTokenEscrowV1 fixes MPT escrow accounting errors and restores correct accounting behavior.
FixIncludeKeyletFields adds missing keylet fields to these ledger entries. The fixPriceOracleOrder fix, on the other hand, fixes an issue where asset pair data is in a different order when creating and updating a price oracle.
FixAMMClawback Rounding fixes possible rounding errors in AMM’s LPTokenBalance when executing AMMClawback transactions. fixMPTDeliveredAmount fix adds the DeliveredAmount metadata field that was missing from direct MPT Payment transactions.
